EDM
EDM of deep ribs, internal corners and areas that cannot be milled.
Wire EDM
Wire cutting of profiles, inserts and mating elements. The machine park includes Sodick AQ360LXS and AQ560LXS.
Spotting
Contact spot check and fitting of mold halves before the trial.
Finishing and polishing
Manual finishing of molding surfaces after machining and EDM.
Assembly
Component installation, fitting, mechanism movement checks and mold preparation for the first trial.
Plastic molding
The in-house molding shop includes 11 machines from 90–530T. Trial and production machines are managed separately; a dedicated machine is reserved for transparent products. Large and two-component molds are tried out at a nearby facility with up to 3000T, about 25 minutes away.
LSR
Sky Wise designs and builds LSR molds and uses an in-house machine for liquid silicone molding.
Measurement control
The CMM and optical projector are used for dimensional inspection of mold components and molded samples.

04 / Assembly and shipment
After mold manufacturing
Sky Wise performs product assembly, processing of molded parts, packaging and preparation of goods for shipment. Before shipment, the mold is tried out and passes final inspection.
