Customer standards are also taken into account.

Technical comments, DFM reports and mold design proposals can be discussed with the customer in English.
Review of 2D/3D data, requirements and any available sample before developing the mold concept.
Assessment of the product’s moldability, the proposed design and issues requiring customer decisions.
For complex projects, filling, pressure and temperature simulation is agreed before steel cutting. If necessary, weld lines, air traps, sink marks, volumetric shrinkage and warpage, gate location, runner balance, cooling, clamping force and estimated cycle time are evaluated.
DFM and simulation results are used to adjust the part, the gate, the runner and cooling systems.
3D design development and 2D documentation release after concept approval.
The DFM, the agreed analysis results and the design are approved by the customer before manufacturing starts.
After the trial, the necessary design corrections, machining, assembly and a repeat trial are performed.

02 / Project route
The sequence links engineering approval, manufacturing, trials and inspection. Post-trial corrections are completed before acceptance and preparation of the mold for shipment.
DFM → agreed Moldflow / CAE analysis → design optimization → approval → manufacturing.
